The Ad-Pak is delivered weekly by a combination of bulk and carrier home delivery.

General Information

• Terms of payment are cash with order unless approved credit application is on file with the Ad-Pak. Terms are net 30 days from billing date.
• Standard composition and layout is included in rate.
• Publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for publication at their option.
• Publisher assumes no responsibility for materials left in their possession. When requested, every effort will be made to return them in good condition.
• Ad placement (with exception of confirmed positions) is at the discretion of the publisher.
• All political ads will be calculated at the open rate and must be paid in advance


AD ERRORS

• For an adjustment to be considered, the error must materially affect the ad.
• If an ad runs with errors more than once, publisher shall be responsible for first ad only unless advertiser calls error to publisher's attention immediately after 1st ad ran.


ADVERTISING AGENCIES
• Recognized agencies submitting 100% camera ready copy, with a covering agency insertion, may earn standard commission.
• Should an agency acquire an account that is currently an Ad-Pak contract advertiser, then the rates shown on this rate card are net to the agency.
